DOUBLE UP

Fires a shot that ricochets behind the first enemy hit, dealing 78 physical damage (20 + 110%/ + 35% ). The second hit will Critically Strike for 150% damage.

On-hits are applied to both targets.

STRUT

Cooldown: 12s

Cost: 30

Passive: After 5 seconds of not taking damage, gain 25 Movement Speed. After another 5 seconds, this bonus increases to 60.

Active: Fully activates Strut's Movement Speed and grants 30% Attack Speed for 4 seconds. Love Taps reduce the cooldown of Strut by 2 seconds.

MAKE IT RAIN

Cooldown: 16s

Cost: 80

Rains down bullets on an area for 2 seconds, dealing 10 magic damage (10 + 10%?) every quarter second and slowing enemies by 30%.

BULLET TIME

Cooldown: 70s

Cost: 100

Channels a 3 second barrage of bullets, with 12 waves that each deal 45 physical damage (85%/ + 25% ). Each wave can for 120% damage.

Re-activate: Cancel the barrage.

How to play Miss Fortune

In short, a standard farm. Something is strong. Go buy a kite and practice flying it before playing MF.

MF is stronger than champions with low damage in the early game.

Cons

MF is passive on the ultimate so champions with the ability to dash will be stronger than MF.
